Bâtonnage Forum
The Forum is our namesake and the heart of Bâtonnage. Founded by Stevie Stacionis and Sarah Bray, Bâtonnage began as a platform for having honest, sometimes difficult conversations with women in wine. Eight years later, the Forum continues that mission: bringing together bold, thoughtful voices from the wine industry and other creative spaces to gather, connect, challenge one another, and empower the community.

May 5-6 in Napa, CA
For 2026, the Bâtonnage Forum takes on a new shape—expanding in both scope and scale. Across two days, Tuesday, May 5 and Wednesday, May 6, the Forum will feature a broader range of perspectives, an enriched program, expanded food and vendor experiences, and deeper opportunities for career growth. We’re thrilled to bring together leaders, creatives, and changemakers to connect, collaborate, and move the industry forward.

Start the day with an optional guided movement session designed to energize your body and mind before a full day of conversation and connection.
9:00-10:00am | Main Stage Speaker
Join us for coffee and breakfast as we officially open the day with an inspiring main stage speaker to set the tone for what’s ahead.

Hear from three phenomenal women as they share powerful stories and insights in fast-paced, 10-minute talks designed to spark ideas and conversation.

Head to the breakout session listed on your personalized itinerary for a more focused, interactive discussion.
12:00-1:00pm | Lunch + Main Stage Speaker
Gather together for a seated lunch provided, followed by a keynote conversation.
1:00-2:00pm | Mastermind
Find your assigned table on your itinerary and participate in an intimate, peer-led mastermind. Each table is thoughtfully curated to encourage meaningful feedback, idea-sharing, and problem-solving.

We’ll reconvene to close the day with a powerful speaker, bringing shared themes and insights together.
4:30-6:30pm | Guided Networking Wind down with structured networking designed to help you meet at least three new people, all while enjoying curated appetizers and wines.

Prices listed include meals and all forum programming. Accommodations and transportation to and from the Forum is not included. Scholarship tickets are available.
