ADVOCACY

We advocate for systemic change in the wine industry through press features, our annual Forum, and fundraising for other like-minded organizations fighting for diversity and equity across industries (Race Forward, Southern Smoke). We champion women-owned wine businesses and, through our mentorship program, provide grants and job placement funding to help women build lasting careers.

COMMUNITY BUILDING EVENTS

Eight years of Forums, events, and online gatherings have connected hundreds of individuals to a network built for and by women in wine. This July, we're expanding that reach with The Bâtonnage Sessions, a three-part virtual series dedicated to building connections and career building skills of women across the country.

STRUCTURED MENTORSHIP

For the past five years, our program has paired women with experienced industry leaders, creating direct pathways to jobs, leadership, and lasting professional networks. Now we're rebuilding it from the ground up, to meet women where they are today. The relaunched program debuts in 2027.
