Since its inception, Bâtonnage has brought people together through Forums, events, and online gatherings, building a network for and by women in wine. From virtual series to informal pop-ins, our events are designed around connection and career-building. Come for one, come for all; however you show up … you will leave with something useful.     Pop-in mentorship and connection, no agenda required. Swing by Decant Napa on Sunday afternoons to talk shop, get advice, or just be around people who get it. Come with a question or come with nothing at all, either way, you're welcome at the table. No RSVP required, but you can register to let us know you're coming and to get updates on future guests.
